What GrowEdgeX Is.
GrowEdgeX Corp is a Business Process Outsourcing company headquartered in Plano, Texas. We provide outsourced administrative and operational support to law firms, immigration consultancies, and legal practices across the United States.
Our role is to handle the operational workload that consumes attorney time without requiring an attorney to do it. We are the engine room. Your licensed legal professionals are the captain.

Personal Injury Claims: Specific Disclaimer.
GrowEdgeX provides outsourced intake coordinators and paralegal support to personal injury law firms. The following limitations apply to all PI-related services:
- Receive, log, and acknowledge inbound referrals and client inquiries on behalf of the law firm
- Conduct initial intake interviews using attorney-approved scripts and case qualification criteria
- Enter case data into the law firm's case management system or CRM under attorney oversight
- Distribute and track retainer agreements prepared by the law firm or its licensed attorneys
- Coordinate the collection and organization of medical records, bills, and supporting documentation
- Verify insurance coverage and communicate with insurance carriers for administrative purposes only
- Draft demand letter support materials from case facts and documentation for attorney review
- Perform follow-up communication with clients, providers, and referral sources as directed
- Provide legal advice of any kind to clients, prospective clients, or any third party
- Independently determine the legal merit or value of any personal injury claim
- Represent any party in any legal, administrative, or dispute resolution proceeding
- Sign or submit any legal filing, court document, or official legal correspondence
- Make any legal determination regarding liability, damages, or case strategy
- Draft demand letters or legal documents without attorney review and authorization
Immigration Consulting: Specific Disclaimer.
GrowEdgeX provides outsourced intake coordinators and paralegal support to immigration consultancies and immigration law firms. Federal law governs what non-attorney individuals may do in the immigration context, and GrowEdgeX operates strictly within those boundaries.
- Receive and process new client inquiries and intake information for the immigration practice
- Maintain and update visa-specific document checklists and track outstanding documentation
- Populate USCIS and government forms from verified client information provided by the client and attorney
- Monitor case status through USCIS and government portals and alert the supervising attorney of updates
- Coordinate certified translation services for supporting documents as directed
- Track deadlines for filings, biometrics appointments, interviews, and Requests for Evidence
- Communicate with clients regarding document requirements, appointment scheduling, and case status updates
- Maintain case management records in the practice's case management system under attorney oversight
- Provide legal advice or immigration advice to clients or prospective clients
- Recommend any specific visa category, immigration strategy, or legal course of action
- Represent any individual or entity before USCIS, immigration courts, or any government agency
- Act as an accredited representative or immigration consultant under 8 CFR 292.1
- Submit any immigration application, petition, or filing without licensed attorney authorization and signature
- Prepare Response to Request for Evidence letters without attorney drafting and supervision
- Interpret immigration law or advise on the legal consequences of any immigration action

Because GrowEdgeX serves legal practices that handle sensitive personal, medical, and legal information, data protection is not a legal checkbox for us. It is the foundation of everything we do.

Data We Collect and How We Use It
GrowEdgeX collects only the information necessary to perform the services contracted by the law firm or legal practice. This includes client intake information, case identification data, medical records, insurance documentation, and case management data. We collect this data solely for the purpose of performing our contracted services.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share data with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not retain client data beyond the scope and duration of the engagement without written authorization.
All data shared with GrowEdgeX is subject to the confidentiality obligations of the engagement agreement, the applicable BAA, and all applicable state and federal privacy laws including HIPAA where applicable.
Limitation of Liability.
GrowEdgeX provides business process outsourcing services, not legal services. The following limitations apply to all engagements:

This is not buried fine print. This is the operating agreement every client enters into when they work with us. Read it. It protects you as much as it protects us.
Privacy.
GrowEdgeX collects only the information necessary to coordinate services between the law firm, its clients, and any third-party service providers involved in the engagement. We do not sell personal information. We do not share data outside the engagement without written authorization.
Sensitive documentation related to personal injury claims, medical records, and immigration matters is shared exclusively with the licensed attorneys and authorized professionals engaged for that case. Clients and law firms retain control over what information is shared and with whom.

Terms of Service.
Use of GrowEdgeX services is governed by the engagement agreement signed between GrowEdgeX and the client law firm or legal practice. All services are non-legal in nature. Legal services within any engagement are provided by independently licensed counsel retained by the client.
Clients are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided to GrowEdgeX for use in the performance of services. GrowEdgeX cannot be held responsible for errors arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the client or any third party.
This disclaimer page contains general information and is not itself a legal document. For the full terms governing your engagement with GrowEdgeX, refer to your signed service agreement or contact us.
Changes to This Disclaimer.
GrowEdgeX reserves the right to update or modify this legal disclaimer at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of GrowEdgeX services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated disclaimer.
